As a fellow collector, one of the things that gives me “the irrits” is a seller who has no idea about packing which invariably results in my purchase arriving damaged.

This immediately leads to the item being returned, the seller having to issue a full refund including postage and losing me as a customer for ever.

At hindsight collectibles we pack your purchase with care and attention so the item reaches you in the same condition as you saw it on our eBay listing.

For example signed photos and album pages are packed flat and in hard core flute so the item does not bend in the mail. Signed caps are packed in a plastic bag and then in a box high and wide enough so the item doesn’t get crushed. A football or cricket bat is packed in bubble wrap and a box so it isn’t damaged in the mail. A book packed both in bubble wrap and hard card so it can’t be bumped and damaged thru the mail.

None of this is rocket science - it’s just us being professional and ensuring your purchase arrives safe and sound to be loved in a new home.

Additionally all items are tracked and insured so we are both covered should the unlikely event of mail damage occur.
